About The Role
We are seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support day-to-day HR operations and help manage various HR functions, including per diem administration, talent acquisition, compliance, HR data analytics, and employee engagement initiatives. This remote position reports to the Sr. Director of Total Rewards and requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to operate within a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Occasional travel of up to 10% may be required.
Responsibilities
- Manage per diem changes, prepare assignment letters and tax forms, and coordinate with payroll for bi-weekly payouts
- Support talent acquisition tasks including preboarding, onboarding, new hire orientation, and I-9 verification
- Oversee the 90-day performance management process and support employee learning and development initiatives
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company HR policies and regulations
- Prepare and present HR reports and analytics to senior leadership
- Assist HR Operations and HRIS teams with payroll processing and system implementations (Workday, ADP)
- Maintain employee records and support communication regarding HR policies and procedures
- Support employee engagement programs such as recognition events and company-sponsored activities
- Collaborate with HR teams on human capital management initiatives including LMS, promotions, and compensation changes
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant HR experience
- Strong understanding of benefit programs, HR operations, and employment laws
- Experience with HRIS and payroll systems such as ADP Workforce Now
- Advanced skills in Excel and HR reporting
- Preferred experience in EPC, renewable energy, or related industries
- Familiarity with Workday or other HR/payroll platforms is a plus
