As an Executive, Solutions & Acquisition based in India, New Delhi, you are responsible for managing strategic customer relationships and contract negotiations, ensuring service level compliance and customer satisfaction. Collaborates with internal teams to resolve operational issues, oversees timely billing and reporting, and supports sales efforts to maximize revenue through up-selling and cross-selling opportunities.

  • Manage and execute long-term strategic business relationships between customers and RedBox Logistics to drive growth and partnership success.
  • Assist in negotiating customer contracts and monitor adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) using key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Conduct regular reviews of service performance to maintain high customer satisfaction and ensure contract renewal.
  • Facilitate effective communication between customers and internal teams to align expectations and resolve issues promptly.
  • Collaborate closely with the Operations team to address and resolve customer complaints related to operational matters.
  • Oversee billing processes to ensure accurate and timely invoicing, monitoring compliance with agreed terms.
  • Prepare detailed reports on account status, delivering timely and accurate data analysis with actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling to maximize profitability.
  • Ensure customer needs and deliverables are met within agreed timelines, maintaining high service quality.
  • Analyze client data to enhance customer relationship management and support strategic decision-making

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in account management, customer relationship management, or business development within logistics or a related industry.
  • Strong negotiation skills with experience in contract management and service level agreement (SLA) monitoring.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise between customers and internal teams
