Key Responsibilities:
• Drive strategy formulation and execution for Global Business Development within PAI
• Manage order book and achieve sales targets as per ABP
• Negotiate pricing terms with the customer
• Develop a customized model of sales for specific customers
• Marketing & business development of target products in aluminium production companies
• Key account management of aluminium smelters
• Managing the entire value chain of order generation and fulfilment in coordination with the operations & supply chain team
• Customer relationship management through a planned engagement calendar
• Managing customer complaints in coordination with the product/operations/quality team
• Ensuring timely submission of documents and approvals for participating in tender
• Sharing customer feedback to the operations and supply chain team to ensure customer requirements are met
• Liasion with customers to provide solutions to challenges faced by the customer
• Manage and develop team
Desired profile:
• MBA with Engineering (Metallurgy/Mechanical) preferred; Good experience in BD for industrial products
• Should have knowledge of manufacturing & quality management of engineered products and
process cost evaluation methods
• International exposure in business development in Middle East , SE Asia, Europe, Africa, other markets preferred
