As an Executive Assistant at the company, you will serve as a strategic partner to the VP, Sales, VP, Revenue Operations and VP of Partnerships ensuring alignment on revenue goals and objectives. This position is designed for someone who is not only efficient, proactive and organized but also thrives in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment — and is passionate about contributing to the strategic success of the leaders and the broader Go-To-Market organization. - The cash compensation for this role is tailored to align with the cost of labor in different geographic markets. They’ve structured the base pay ranges for this role into zones for their geographic markets, and the specific base pay within the range will be determined by the candidate’s geographic location, job-related experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills.

As an Executive Assistant you’ll …
- Calendar & Inbox Management: Strategically, and with timeliness, manage calendars & inboxes, effectively prioritizing high-impact activities and ensuring focus is aligned with organizational goals.
- Meeting Coordination: Coordinate and facilitate leadership meetings, sales planning sessions, and quarterly business reviews. Prepare for and attend synchronous meetings across multiple time zones, drive accountability across the sales organization by tracking key deliverables, follow-ups, and action items.
- Project/Event Management: Lead a variety of cross-functional special projects that require planning, coordination, and organization, such as team offsite event planning and implementing new programs and processes. Your efforts will directly contribute to the scalability and effectiveness of the Sales Department.
- Travel Arrangements: Organize travel for executives, including booking flights, accommodations, and ground transportation, ensuring seamless logistics and minimizing downtime. Simultaneously work closely with finance business partners to manage T&E budget associated with these offsites and events.
- Information Flow Management: Handle time-sensitive, confidential information with discretion and integrity, and manage information flow within the executive team to enhance decision-making processes.
- Stakeholder Interaction: Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration, which are crucial to the success of the company.

About you:
- Have 2-3 years of previous experience supporting senior-level as an executive or administrative assistant, ideally in a remote-first or distributed company.
- Are highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Possess strong communication skills, written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with senior-level executives, as well as the rest of the organization.
- Have (must-have) experience using Google Workspace apps (especially Google Calendar), Slack, Zoom, Workday, Navan, and are eager to learn new tools and technologies.
- Know how to handle time-sensitive, confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Are adaptable and can handle ambiguous situations and frequent change with ease.
