About this Role
This role is part of the Growth Planning & Performance in Food Revenue & Growth Team. This role comprises Growth Planning and driving growth focusing on MTU (Monthly Transacting User) base. The role is based out of Bangalore with three days a week work from office routine.
MTU Growth Planning:
This charter is focused to plan MTU metric at a month level across User Cohorts and geographies. The role involves analyzing daily/weekly/monthly trends for the MTU metric and planning the metric at the most granular level to deliver the month goal. This requires coordination with partner teams which contribute to the goal and triangulation of the metric with input metrics like Traffic & Conversion
MTU Growth Initiatives:
This charter involves planning and executing growth experiments and initiatives to deliver the MTU goals at a weekly/monthly level
Responsibilities
MTU Growth Planning & Performance
- Build MTU plans, i.e. AOP, QOP & MOP at User Cohort X Geography levels in coordination with partner teams and triangulate daily/weekly plans with input metrics
- Create replicable analytical/heuristic models which improve daily/monthly plan accuracy
- Scoping, sizing & planning of growth experiments/initiatives to drive MTU metric and deliver the MoP/QoP/AoP goals
- Create & Administer scalable tracking processes/dashboards to track MTU performance and call out risks to the plan
- Coordinate with partner teams to solution for building blocks/recovery plans to deliver the MTU goals
Skillsets
- Strong Understanding of Business Metrics & interplay between input and output metrics
- Proficiency with Advanced Excel & data analysis frameworks
- Good understanding of SQL – Querying/Creation/Extraction of data
- Prior experience in handling growth roles/P&L management is preferred
