Job Title: Director of Operations Department: Operations Reports to: SVP Finance Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Director of Operations to drive operational excellence, align cross-departmental processes, and shape the long-term vision of our organization. This role will work closely with senior leadership to develop performance goals, enhance productivity, and ensure operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess extensive leadership experience, deep knowledge of operational functions, and the ability to implement strategic solutions that support business growth. Responsibilities: Strategic Planning and Process Optimization: Collaborate with senior managers to establish long-term operational plans and performance goals. Maximize productivity through comprehensive process analysis and interdepartmental collaboration. Analyze current processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend solutions to drive improvement. Operational Management: Develop, implement, and monitor operational systems to provide visibility into progress and challenges of key initiatives. Plan, monitor, and analyze key metrics to ensure efficient and timely completion of operational tasks. Lead the development and execution of financial and budgetary plans in collaboration with project managers. Growth and Compliance: Devise and implement strategies to ensure enterprise-wide program growth and cost minimization. Ensure adherence to company policies, standards, and legal regulations. Work with Human Resources to foster a trusting, inclusive, and high-performing work environment. Immediate Priorities: Drive ARR reporting and establish relationships with leading indicators for future forecasting. Oversee services revenue and resource forecasting to support strategic initiatives. Lead financial modeling and provide detailed analysis for monthly business reviews. Proactively enhance customer retention through digitized journeys, adoption strategies, and best practices. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field. 10+ years in a senior leadership role within a relevant industry. Demonstrated organizational, communication, and leadership expertise. Proven ability to streamline operations and manage processes to maximize efficiency and productivity. Advanced knowledge of finance, customer service, production, and employee management principles. Strong understanding of industry regulations and legal guidelines. Expertise in data abstraction, analysis, and performance metrics. Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM, ERP, and other business management software. Knowledge of process implementation and business software administration. Ability to integrate and interpret data to inform strategic decisions.
