Job Responsibilities :
- Planning, implementation and completion of assigned projects as per timelines in New Energy Business
- Perform technical, cost and performance analysis of new and emerging commercial technologies for design assessment
- Co-ordination with cross functional teams, suppliers, partners, vendors for execution of the project
- Work on pilot projects, use cases and testing for technology and system validation
- Proactively take initiatives, analyse upcoming technologies and business scenarios in New Energy space and come up with comprehensive project plans and innovative solutions
- Interpret data, use research methodologies, analyse results using analytics, and statistical techniques which are required for decision making and project planning
- Prepare, analyse and summarize various weekly, monthly and periodic operational results for use by various stakeholders
- Lead and manage the Quality Control functions of the Manufacturing Line for Electrolyser Manufacturing under the Hydrogen Business
- Apply the Reliance procedures for Quality Control and help in troubleshooting of processes to achieve the necessary quality.
- Collaborate with other process leads to ensure continuation of production and assurance of quality.
- Generate reports for tracking of the quality of the products.
- Responsible for continuous improvement of the document control management system. Support project team for the understanding of the procedure and keep them inform about modification.
- Auditing, monitoring, and determining the quality of manufacturing processes and/or outputs against defined internal and regulatory standards.
- Testing random samples of finished goods.
- Reporting manufacturing process deviations and defects in finished goods and liaising with Quality Assurance to troubleshoot and resolve problems

Education Requirement :
- Graduate/Post-graduate degree from a reputed university/college
Experience Requirement :
- 5 to 8 years of relevant experience
