Role Overview:
As an HR Business Partner (HRBP) at Rapido, you will work closely with business leaders and employees to support and drive key people processes and initiatives. You will act as a strategic partner, advisor, and implementer for all HR activities—from performance management to engagement, retention, and employee lifecycle processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Performance Management:
- Drive the Performance Management System (PMS) process, including goal setting, regular check-ins, and rating calibrations.
- Partner with leaders to ensure timely and effective performance reviews and feedback mechanisms.
Employee Experience & Engagement:
- Organize and execute employee engagement initiatives at the department level.
- Plan and run Zonal Meetups across departments to foster cross-functional collaboration and employee morale.
- Address and resolve employee grievances in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct strategic one-on-one discussions with employees to understand needs, improve morale, and provide support.
- People Analytics:
- Analyze and interpret MNPS (Manager Net Promoter Score) and ENPS (Employee Net Promoter Score) data.
- Leverage insights to recommend and implement strategic HR initiatives for continuous improvement.
Retention & Culture Building:
- Design and implement retention strategies based on feedback and exit trends.
- Work closely with leadership to enhance employee satisfaction and reduce attrition.
Employee Lifecycle Management:
- Ensure smooth onboarding experiences for new joiners and effective integration into teams.
- Manage all touchpoints of the employee lifecycle, including engagement, development, and exit processes.
Rewards & Recognition:
- Design and drive R&R programs across departments to promote a culture of appreciation and motivation.
Talent Management
- Work with department leaders to define skill matrices and drive periodic skill assessments to support talent development.
- Work along with the Talent management team to drive various Talent management initiatives
Qualifications & Requirements:
- MBA in Human Resources or related discipline.
- 4–6 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a fast-paced or startup environment.
- Strong understanding of PMS, employee engagement, grievance handling, and HR analytics.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with a problem-solving attitude.
- Comfortable with frequent travel and working closely with cross-functional teams.
