Responsibilities of Naturalist include educating and providing information to visitors about the natural environment in Ramoji Film City. Conducts educational programs, lead guided nature walks, and answer questions from the visitors. Also helps with the conservation and preservation of the RFC natural resources.
- Main responsibility of Naturalist will be to protect, manage, and enhance the natural resources in Ramoji Film City
- Conducting field inspections, developing programs for RFC visitors, and educating the public about the importance of conservation and environmental sustainability.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in ecology and environmental science, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
- Conduct field inspections and monitor wildlife
- Develop and implement educational programs for the visitors of Ramoji Film City.
- Educate the visitors/ guests in Ramoji Film city about the importance of conservation and environmental sustainability
- Collaborate with staff of the hotels/ Ramoji Film City to manage and protect natural resources
- Conduct environmental research and prepare scientific reports
- Assist in the maintenance of Ramoji Film City facilities
- Coordinate volunteer activities and community outreach programs
- Assist in the development of policies and procedures at Ramoji Film City
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in environmental science, ecology, biology, forestry, or related field
- Proven experience as a Naturalist or similar role
- Strong understanding of ecology and environmental science
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work outdoors and perform physically demanding tasks
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
