The Events Assistant will play a crucial role in the planning, coordination, and execution of internal and external events that reflect the Property Soar brand. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working behind the scenes to make things happen seamlessly.
Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and organizing events from start to finish
- Coordinate with vendors, venues, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution
- Support with event setup, logistics, and breakdown
- Maintain event materials, supplies, and timelines
- Handle guest lists, invitations, and on-site registration
- Provide on-the-ground support during events to ensure everything runs as planned
- Gather feedback and assist in post-event evaluations and reporting
