Role Overview :
Nykaa Fashion is seeking a dynamic and creative Assistant Manager – Integrated Marketing to lead multi-channel marketing initiatives across Nykaa Fashion’s Womenswear categories. The role involves strategic brand positioning, performance marketing collaboration, and executing 360-degree marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales. The ideal candidate should be adept at brand marketing, campaign execution, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance Nykaa Fashion’s digital and offline presence.
Role Description :
1. Brand Marketing
- Strategize and implement marketing initiatives to strengthen brands presence on Nykaa Fashion.
- Conduct competitor analysis to ensure strong positioning and market share.
- Manage external agency relationships to ensure timely, high-quality campaign execution aligned with Nykaa Fashion’s objectives.
- Collaborate with creative, business, and external partners to ensure consistent brand messaging across social, performance marketing, CRM (emailers), and on-site assets.
- Enhance visibility and desirability of products and store experience through engaging social media initiatives.
- Monitor campaign performance to optimize reach, engagement, and brand growth.
2. Brand Marketing – Global Store
- Develop and execute an omni-channel marketing strategy for Revolve & Cider on Nykaa Fashion.
- Conceptualize and build IP campaigns to create brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Work cross-functionally with design, business, influencer marketing, performance marketing, and CRM teams for multi-channel brand campaigns.
3. Performance Marketing Collaboration
- Define creative and content requirements for performance marketing campaigns across different funnel stages.
- Work on static and video content creation for paid marketing campaigns.
- Oversee creative assets for the Play Store and App Store to enhance app discovery and user acquisition.
- Deliver key performance marketing assets that drive business objectives.
4. Integrated Marketing Communication & Campaign Marketing
- Lead end-to-end execution of brand marketing campaigns across multiple touchpoints – social media, performance marketing, CRM (emailers), and onsite placements.
- Own integrated campaign planning for key tentpole brand and sale campaigns for Nykaa Fashion Womenswear across categories (Western wear, Indian wear, Accessories, Foot Locker, Global Store & more).
- Build 360-degree marketing campaigns by leveraging Social Media, Influencer Marketing, Email Marketing, PR, and other digital channels.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop data-driven marketing strategies that align with business goals.
- Drive marketing innovation by developing hero content and campaign ideas to enhance brand recall and engagement.
Knowledge and Skill / Qualification Requirements :
- 4-6 years of experience in brand marketing, integrated marketing, or digital marketing in fashion, lifestyle, or e-commerce.
- Strong expertise in brand strategy, campaign execution, and digital marketing channels (social, email, influencers, PR, paid media).
- Experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns across both digital and offline touchpoints.
- Strong analytical mindset to track campaign performance and optimize based on insights.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and agency relationships.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
