Nykaa Hiring Assistant Manager – Influencer Marketing in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India

Role Overview :

Assistant Manager – Influencer Marketing to manage and scale influencer campaigns across Nykaa’s ecosystem. This role requires end-to-end campaign delivery, strong stakeholder management, relationship building with key influencers, and data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, have an eye for detail, and a deep understanding of social media and influencer marketing trends.

Role Description :

1. Campaign Management & Target Delivery

  • Manage timely execution (TAT) and delivery volume of:
  • Influencer x Brand-Funded campaigns
  • Influencer x Nykaa Sale campaigns
  • Influencer x Nykaa Affiliate Program (NAP) campaigns
  • Ensure smooth coordination and guestlisting for Nykaa influencer-driven events
  • Track and improve Brand Partner NPS, measured by campaign satisfaction and repeat collaborations

2. Influencer Relationship Management

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with top-tier and emerging influencers
  • Drive growth in new influencer collaborations by identifying fresh, relevant voices
  • Oversee the negotiation and closure of blanket contracts with key creators
  • Track and enhance Influencer NPS through proactive communication and campaign excellence

3. Data Tracking, Reporting & Analysis

  • Own weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting across all influencer campaigns and partnerships
  • Analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions, etc.) and implement insights to optimize future campaigns
  • Ensure timely submission and accuracy of all influencer performance reports

4. Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Work with multiple internal stakeholders for smooth campaign delivery:
  • Import & Domestic Brand Teams
  • Social Media Team
  • E-commerce Site Team
  • Vendors & External Agency Partners
  • Act as the central point of coordination for cross-functional influencer-led initiative

Knowledge, Skills & Qualification Requirements :

  • 4–6 years of experience in influencer marketing, brand partnerships, or social media
  • Proven track record in managing large-scale influencer campaigns end-to-end
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent project management and multitasking abilities
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in reporting tools (Excel, Google Sheets, etc.)
  • Prior experience with fashion or beauty brands is a plus
