  • NIPL is looking for ambitious, energetic, innovative remittance product development manager.

  • International Alliances (IA) at NPCI represents an incredible opportunity to address a vast new market segment and customer base and is an area of high interest for NPCI. We are focused on building payment solutions across market places and regions by leveraging on the proven & sophisticated technology of NPCI and existing/prospective strategic partners.

THE JOB

  • You will be responsible for the implementation of strategic international alliances for NIPL.

  • You should be adept with latest RBI/FEMA, RDA, MTSS & LRS guidelines for efficient product and process design related to International Remittance product. You will also support the Manager in identifying, investigating and assessing growth opportunities for NIPL ranging from international expansion to strategic partnerships to product development.

  • You should also be adept with latest international guidelines for efficient product and process design related to International Remittance product.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Product Planning & Development

  • Develop and improve on the product construct of the International Remittance product

  • Assist in negotiation, draft and close of complex, win-win partner agreements

  • Manage the day-to-day relationships with existing strategic partners

  • Ownership for driving overall product P&L and optimization of the P&L by controlling costs and improving product margin.

  • Analysis/Insights

  • Assist in the analysis and opportunity sizing of new markets

  • Analysing the legal, financial technical feasibility

  • Procure and manage outside knowledge on as needed basis

  • Project Management

  • Assist Lead in Portfolio/Project Management

  • Drafting of approval notes, presentations, communications to internal / external stakeholders as required

  • Tracking Project Milestones and managing weekly presentations/trackers required to be shared with management or external parties

  • Setting SLA’s for internal stake holders and ensuring smooth Handover of the projects to operations team post Go-Live

  • Interdepartmental liasoning of Risk & Compliance, Central Operations, Channel and Business teams for driving product efficiently

  • Education and Experience (MUST)

  • 3 years of professional experience in cards/payments domain

  • Master’s degree in management/business administration with focus on business development/international business is strongly preferred. Master’s degree from reputed/Tier-I/Tier-II institute can be added advantage

  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint etc.,

  • Skills Required
