Job Title: Technical Recruiter – AI, Web & Software Development

Location: Vapi, Gujarat

Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Sourcing & Screening:
  • Hunt down top-tier talent in AI (ML, DL, NLP), Web Development (frontend/backend/full-stack), and general Software Engineering.
  • Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines via LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, job boards, and strategic networking.
  • Candidate Engagement:
  • Conduct detailed technical screenings to evaluate coding skills, project experience, and cultural fit.
  • Serve as the candidate’s trusted advisor throughout the recruitment process.
  • Collaboration:
  • Partner with engineering, product, and R&D leaders to define role requirements and technical must-haves.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to refine job descriptions and interview processes.
  • End-to-End Recruitment:
  • Own the recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Coordinate and schedule technical assessments, interviews, and feedback loops efficiently.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 1–5 years of hands-on experience in tech recruiting, preferably in a startup or high-growth tech environment.
  • Looking for Immediate Joiners (1-15 days) for Domestic Recruitment
  • Proven expertise in hiring for AI/ML, Web Development (React, Angular, Node, etc.), and Software Development roles.
  • Understanding of tech stacks, system architecture, and software lifecycle.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a knack for decoding both candidate expectations and hiring manager cryptics.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to generate recruiting data and insights.

Preferred Bonus Points

  • Technical background (e.g., B.Tech/MCA or certifications in programming or AI).
  • Familiarity with developer communities and open-source forums.
  • Experience recruiting for remote global teams or across time zones, preferred.
  • An eye for design and UX talent is a plus!
