We are looking for a seasoned and passionate Marketing Manager with deep domain expertise in Cardiovascular Interventions. The candidate should bring a strong blend of strategic thinking, scientific acumen, data-driven decision-making, and hands-on experience in executing impactful marketing programs for international markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end marketing strategy for the Cardiovascular Interventions portfolio for APAC region.
- Drive therapy awareness and advancement programs through physician education, symposia, live cases, digital campaigns, and disease-state marketing.
- Execute product launches across international markets in collaboration with regulatory, clinical, and commercial teams.
- Create high-quality branding and positioning initiatives, ensuring alignment with global messaging and regional nuances.
- Conduct market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and segmentation strategy to identify market opportunities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Clinical, R&D, Regulatory, and Market Access teams for aligned execution.
- Utilize advanced Excel for sales analysis, forecasting, funnel management, and ROI evaluation.
- Prepare impactful PowerPoint presentations for internal reviews, KOL engagements, conferences, and board-level briefings.
- Build and manage strong relationships with KOLs, physicians, hospital groups, and strategic partners in the APAC region.
- Work closely in collaboration with Sales team across International Markets for all marketing, therapy advancement and branding projects/activities
Must Have: Minimum Requirements:-
- Must have Bachelor’s or Master’s in Life Sciences/Biomedical Engineering/Pharmacy. MBA is strongly preferred.
- Must have 8–10 years of hands-on product marketing experience in cardiovascular domain. International experience will be plus.
- Must be Proficiency in Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce etc ), and digital marketing tools (market etc).
