At MedCare Pediatric, we’ve spent over 33 years dedicated to delivering compassionate, personalized care to children with complex developmental delays. From our multidisciplinary pediatric clinics to our in-home health services across Houston and surrounding counties, our mission is to empower children to communicate, connect, and grow — one step at a time.
We know that exceptional care starts with exceptional people. That’s where you come in.
As a Recruiter at MedCare, you won’t just fill roles — you’ll help build the heart of our organization. You’ll partner closely with leadership to identify, engage, and hire passionate professionals — including nurses, therapists, and ABA specialists — who are dedicated to making a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families. You’ll be a key connector, leveraging relationships, earning trust, and creating powerful connections that drive our mission forward.
We’re looking for more than a recruiter — we’re looking for a relationship builder, a storyteller, and a team champion. Someone who brings creativity, resourcefulness, and drive to every search. If you thrive in a collaborative environment, bring energy and empathy to every interaction, and love the challenge of finding and inspiring great talent, you’ll feel right at home here.
