Job Description:

McDonald’s has an exciting opportunity for a Supervisor, HR Systems (Business Analyst – Core HR) role based in our India Global Business Services Office. You will be responsible for optimizing HR processes and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness through data analysis, system implementation, and stakeholder collaboration. You will partner with the People Partners, People Solution Leads, Local Experience Leads, Global Technology, and Operational Delivery Leads.

The candidate is expected to reside within India.

Responsibilities:

In addition to following McDonald’s policies and procedures, principal accountabilities include, but are not limited to:

Cross-functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:

  • Work closely with HR partners to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications to enhance HR systems and processes to better leverage the HR technology solutions
  • Work closely with the Workforce Analytics team on reporting/analytics needs to develop and enhanced capabilities as needed

Process Improvement & System Implementation:

  • Evaluate and enhance HR processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness
  • Assist in the design, implementation, and maintenance of HR systems
  • Collaborate with IT and HR teams to define system requirements
  • Test new HR systems and ensure they meet business needs
  • Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting

Technical Support:

  • Offer day-to-day technical support for HR systems
  • Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with vendors for resolution
  • Maintain documentation for system configurations and procedures

Data Management & Analysis:

  • Ensure the accuracy and consistency of data within HR systems and databases
  • Develop and generate reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support business decisions
  • Ensure data management practices comply with relevant regulations and company policies

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • Degree in Human Resources, Technology, or related field; advanced degree preferred
  • Experience working in Human Resources or HR Systems
  • Experience operating in large, multi-national corporations in a highly matrixed, complex structure
  • Experience working across many countries and cultures
  • Understands the needs and challenges of global leaders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Knowledge of functional solution trends, regulations, and best practices
  • English Proficiency (written and verbal IRL Level 4)

Mandatory Qualifications:

  • HR Systems Expertise & Skills
  • Technical knowledge in HR Systems – SAP Success factor /Workday/Oracle HCM
  • HRIT / HRIS
  • Employee Central core HR Expertise
