About the Role:
This is a high-impact role where the incumbent will play a pivotal part in driving key growth initiatives. The individual will be responsible for translating data into actionable insights and managing cross-functional projects, ensuring seamless execution across multiple workstreams.
What will you be doing:
- Providing actionable insights while driving the execution of multiple cross-functional projects
- Identifying and defining organizational cohorts based on purchase behavior, company size, and industry; tracking performance and creating dashboards and indicators for in-depth analysis
- Collaborating closely with Marketing, Revenue, Product, and other key teams to align on business objectives
- Delivering high-impact qualitative and quantitative analysis aligned with business needs for key reviews and strategic discussions Identifying process improvement opportunities to enhance scalability and operational efficiency
- Conducting competitor benchmarking and market analysis to uncover growth opportunities
- Partnering with management to prioritize business goals and address critical information requirements
Qualification & Experience
- Engineering graduate with over 3 years of experience in a business analyst role
- Strong knowledge of analytical tools such as advanced Excel, SQL, Adobe Analytics, and Omniture, with experience in leveraging them to drive reporting automation.
- Ability to go beyond reporting data by identifying broader trends, deriving insights, and effectively communicating them to internal stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Python, Power BI, and other analytical tools is a plus.
