- DIRECTLY RESPONSIBLE FOR Proposal Conceptualization and compilation
- Coordination with Design, Planning, Estimation, Fabrication yard, Procurement
- ENSURE THAT THE QA and HSE requirements of the client are met
- Knowledge relevant to mechanical equipments, stationary equipments, pressure vessel, rotating equipments, Turbo machinery, Cranes, Material handling and packages, etc
- Understanding of Mechanical Engineering detail engineering Deliverables
- Propose and control the solution on technical issue considering engineering, procurement, fabrication and installation
- Technical clarification meetings with the Client
- Supervision of mechanical engineers
- Interface other disciplines
- Provide technical support to Project functions including Procurement, Construction, and Vendor qualification
