- Co-ordinate with Engineering for MTOs, BOQs & MRs
- Prepare & present analysis of work quantities to proposal lead
- Participate in Site visits & identify critical aspects of execution
- Prepare first principle resource & cost estimates
- Prepare Subcontract RFQs for various civil & building Works
- Evaluate quotations, hold clarifications, benchmarking of Subcontract prices/ analyze, negotiation & finalize Subcontract Costs.
- coordinate with various departments for technical/cost inputs.
- contribute in constructability reviews
- Risk identification and prepare mitigation plans
- Time schedule analysis and support planning team
- Compilation of complete discipline costs for review
- Prepare Benchmarking comparison / analysis of costs
- Maintain Cost database of executed projects and bids.
