THE CLIENT

Our client is a prestigious global investment firm known for its collaborative culture and commitment to excellence. They are seeking an experienced and highly professional Executive Assistant to support senior leadership. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and a trusted partner in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

THE ROLE

A top-tier Executive Assistant opportunity is available to support the General Counsel/Chief Compliance Officer and senior legal leadership. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, sound judgment, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The EA will play a critical role in managing priorities, anticipating needs, and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing complex calendars, coordinating meetings, and resolving scheduling conflicts
  • Preparing and submitting accurate expense reports; processing invoices
  • Coordinating occasional travel and detailed itineraries
  • Acting as a thought partner anticipating needs and offering proactive solutions
  • Supporting legal team operations including document management and event planning
  • Handling communication, call screening, and building strong internal relationships
  • Collaborating with other Executive Assistants for seamless team support

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and professional. They are a strong communicator who thrives in a collaborative setting and handles sensitive matters with discretion.

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience supporting senior executives, ideally in legal, compliance, or financial services
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, OneDrive, Adobe)
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; Notary Public certification a plus
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Ability to remain responsive and composed under pressure
  • Flexibility to monitor occasional after-hours matters (minimal but necessary)

THE COMP/BENEFITS

  • Base salary up to $130,000, depending on experience
  • Hybrid working schedule: 4 days in the office, 1 day remote
