Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Operations & Service Manager to join our team at IDFC FIRST Bank. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations and service delivery at our branch in Narnaul, Haryana. This is a key role in our retail banking division, with a focus on rural banking and liabilities products.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all branch operations, including cash management, account opening, loan processing, and customer service
- Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and internal policies and procedures
- Monitor and analyze branch performance and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity
- Train and develop branch staff to provide excellent customer service and achieve sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and provide personalized financial solutions to meet their needs
- Collaborate with other departments to develop and launch new products and services
- Prepare and submit reports on branch performance, customer feedback, and market trends to senior management
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in branch operations and service management in a banking or financial institution
