Key Responsibilities:

  • Seller Onboarding:
  • Identify and create a pool of potential leads.
  • Reach out to prospective sellers and onboard them onto the platform as per business needs.
  • Selection Acquisition:
  • Engage with new and existing sellers to expand product listings.
  • Ensure listings meet quality standards and are priced competitively.
  • Account Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with allocated sellers.
  • Drive seller performance and growth through data-driven insights and category-specific strategies.
  • Work towards improving key seller metrics on the platform.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 1–5 years of relevant experience in business development, sales, client acquisition, or key account management.
  • 2–3 years of prior e-commerce experience is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
