Key Responsibilities:
- Seller Onboarding:
- Identify and create a pool of potential leads.
- Reach out to prospective sellers and onboard them onto the platform as per business needs.
- Selection Acquisition:
- Engage with new and existing sellers to expand product listings.
- Ensure listings meet quality standards and are priced competitively.
- Account Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with allocated sellers.
- Drive seller performance and growth through data-driven insights and category-specific strategies.
- Work towards improving key seller metrics on the platform.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 1–5 years of relevant experience in business development, sales, client acquisition, or key account management.
- 2–3 years of prior e-commerce experience is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
