POSITION’S OBJECTIVE: (Brief on position’s objective)
Conceptualizing print and audio-visual campaigns, mood boarding them and working with production agencies for execution. Understand and service needs of the product and market teams on campaigns, VM & collaterals
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Brand identity & vocabulary:
- Engage in brand strategy understanding with inputs from brand manager (s), digital marketing team, Products VM team, e-commerce team
- Understanding brand architecture & elements
- Ensure timely development of logos & visual design elements
- Ensure timely development of copy-led brand vocabulary
Content Curation:
- Understand & interpret design briefs
- Ensure timely delivery on creative & collateral to all audiences, and guide the team members to do the same
- Ensure harmony across all visual content and communication on the web, app, and social media
- Lead Storyboarding & translation of ideas to the team on art direction, copywriting, graphics
- Guide team on Collateral & packaging design as per the adaptations required by user department
- Determine production schedule by conferring with teams of art, copywriting, and production departments; outlining concepts and coordinating creative activities to arrive at the final output
Agency On boarding:
- Understand product & campaign briefs
- Liaise with production agencies for content requirement
- Coordinating with production house, photographers, stylists etc. for production execution
Budget Control & Monitoring:
- Define creative budget for Fabindia for current financial year
- Monitor the budget against actual expenditure and take corrective actions, if required
Others:
- Review of all creatives & communication content
- Define templates for communication – mainline & social(CRM campaigns, Bitlys, Newsletters , digital and print formats and social media)
- Promote a culture that supports great creative through curiosity, exploration, technological innovation, and individual development
JOB SPECIFICATION: (QUALIFICATIONS/KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE)
- Years of Functional Experience: 7-10 years of work experience in graphic design and creative production
- Degree/Diploma: Degree in fine arts, design and communication
