Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Account Manager, primarily located in the New York City Metropolitan Area with some work-from-home flexibility. The Account Manager will manage client relationships, oversee project implementations, and ensure customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include developing account strategies, conducting market research, analyzing data, and collaborating with internal teams to meet client needs. The role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a commitment to achieving company goals.
Qualifications
- Client Relationship Management and Account Strategy skills
- Experience with Project Management and Implementation
- Market Research and Data Analysis skills
- Strong Communication and Organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the environmental or energy sector is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Environmental Science, or a related field
