Role Description

This role is a part of the Location Management team supporting topics such as Business Management, managing HC, Costs, Controls and optimize and use the resources efficiently etc.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Cost and Resource Management
    • Headcount management, including tracking hires / leavers
    • Prepare and analyze cost sheet and follow-up on the variations
    • Manage costs and propose ideas for cost optimization
  • Program/Business Management
    • Create and maintain strategy materials and decks for senior management
    • Help in documenting business proposals, control frameworks and agreements
    • Other PMO activities – manage seating, coordinate for trainings, projects and organization initiatives and adhoc activities
  • Controls
    • Drive all VRM transactions – Creation, providing evidence, SoS/SLA drafting, incorporating stakeholder feedback, signing the SLA, remediation exercise etc.
    • Reporting –Prepare monthly control dashboard and coordinate to get the quarterly control reviews and consolidate responses
    • Support information gathering for internal & external audits and regulatory requirements

Your Skills And Experience

  • Excellent MS office skills – PowerPoint and Excel skills
  • Educated to Bachelor’s degree level (Business Administration) or equivalent qualification/work ex
  • Previous experience of 3-5 years in a Finance and Business Management role
  • Sound knowledge of Private Banking value chain
  • A self-starter with ability with work with multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent interpersonal, analytical skills & communication skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
