Roles and Responsibilities
• Experience in Capital Markets on FX/Equity/CDO/Secured finance Products with strong product knowledge.
• Good understanding of product/trade life cycle, front to back, along with end-to-end trade operations.
• Experience with Business Analyst methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid approaches).
• Proficiency in Tools (JIRA, MS Project etc.)
• Ability to drive an agenda and consensus across multi-functional and cross-regional/cross- geography teams. Communicates clearly and concisely ensuring issues are escalated and understood.
