Curefit Hiring Projects Lead – PAN India in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India

Role Overview:

As a Project Lead, you will be responsible for leading the expansion of Cultfit group projects and managing teams across India. You will work closely with design lead to manage Cultfit’s services business vertical. Your responsibilities include coordinating with various stakeholders (Landlord, Real Estate, BD, Design, Business Ops, etc.) to build and manage new Centre & store openings. This role requires strong project management skills, technical knowledge of retail construction and design, budget management, and leadership in coordinating multi-disciplinary teams to ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of retail spaces.

Core Skills:

Project Planning & Coordination:

  • Lead the entire fit-out project lifecycle, from initial concept to final handover.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Act as the point of contact for Expansion/Business teams, ensuring clear communication regarding progress, changes, and issues.
  • Work with Procurement, consultants, Design & Real Estate teams to ensure timely delivery.
  • Manage expectations of Operations, Safety & Facilities team post handover.

Monitoring & Controls:

  • Manage project budgets with schedule and ensure adherence.
  • Prepare and present weekly reports to leadership on all projects.
  • Identify optimization opportunities without compromising quality.

Team Leadership & Resource Management:

  • Manage and lead a team of project managers, site engineers & vendors.
  • Delegate tasks and responsibilities efficiently to ensure a smooth workflow.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and team meetings to monitor project progress and address issues proactively.

Quality Assurance:

  • Ensure adherence to quality standards for all aspects of the fit-out, including construction, design, finishes, and safety protocols.
  • Conduct quality checks and ensure that the completed fit-out meets or exceeds client expectations.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, codes, and industry best practices.

Timeline & Schedule Management:

  • Develop project schedules and ensure milestones are achieved according to the timeline.
  • Proactively manage delays, resolve scheduling conflicts, and communicate any timeline adjustments to Expansion and stakeholders.

Risk Management:

  • Identify potential risks related to project delivery and mitigate them proactively.
  • Monitor for safety issues and ensure that health and safety regulations are adhered to on-site.

Post-Completion Activities:

  • Oversee the final inspection and handover process, ensuring Operations’ satisfaction with the completed fit-out.
  • Manage the snagging process, address any final adjustments or corrections, and ensure all punch-list items are completed.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to assess outcomes, identify learnings, and improve future project execution.
