THE ROLE
As a full-time Senior Designer at Credera XD, you will become part of a collaborative team, and empowered to design exceptional consumer websites, innovative web and mobile applications, dynamic eCommerce solutions, customer portals, and emerging digital platforms for leading Fortune 100 companies across a diverse array of industries. You’ll leverage design thinking to craft solutions that serve millions, translating user research and testing insights into impactful design strategies that drive exceptional experiences. As a senior member of the team, you work independently or with the direction of a Design Director, and have the opportunity to mentor and inspire junior colleagues.
A great candidate:
- Passionate about user experience and visual design, meticulously delivering wireframes, user flows, UI designs, high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and graphic assets that align with business goals and user needs.
- Helps lead user experience design from concept to implementation, ensuring seamless execution across digital platforms, including responsive web, native apps, and digital products.
- Communicates design concepts and user research findings clearly and effectively, integrating feedback to refine ideas and engaging stakeholders confidently throughout the process.
- Mentors junior designers, promoting best practices in user experience design and fostering growth through feedback and guidance.
- Demonstrates curiosity and a proactive approach to managing multiple projects, seeking innovative solutions and integrating industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
- Embraces challenges as opportunities for growth, acting as a trusted advisor who leverages data-driven insights, takes ownership of projects, and aligns design expertise to meet client needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in Visual Art and Design, Human Computer Interaction and/or related field of study
- 3-6 years of experience working in a related field
- Impressive portfolio of work that showcases how approach and design best-in-class digital solutions.
- Experience working in product design and development sprints
- Proficient with design software such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Effective verbal and written communication and time management skills
- Must be authorized to work in the United States

Hybrid Working Model: Our employees have the flexibility to work remotely two days a week. We expect team members to spend three days in person, with the freedom to choose the days and times that best suit them, their project, and their teams. Travel: For our consulting roles, our goal is to minimize travel, and most projects do not require extensive travel. While some projects may involve up to 80% travel for a period, the annual average for team members is typically 10%–30%.
