Function Description:
Global Servicing (GS) brings together the company’s external and internal servicing functions to provide best in class servicing to our customers and colleagues.
SABE: Sales and Business Enablement (SABE) is an internal servicing team providing sale performance reporting and business enablement support to the enterprise. The objective of the SABE GMNS Pricing Operations team is to ensure that Merchant businesses have timely and accurate pricing implementation & reporting.
Responsibilities:
The position will have responsibility for enabling accurate & timely delivery of the following activities key to apply correct pricing for GMNS merchants (non GCG) globally:
· SOX Affiliations Audit review to ensure Merchants with custom contracts are being priced accurately.
· Enable MCCY standard contract creation for merchants.
· Ensure all new acquired affiliates at merchant have correct pricing implemented
· Ensure material pricing components are implemented correctly in system of record for new custom contracts by comparing contract pricing from the physical contract to that of the system of record
· Perform rigorous SOX & PRSA control testing related to above 4 activities.
· Support GMNS Pricing in sampling, evidence collation & answering queries to concurrent PWC Audit
This role places a focus on ability to think strategically, to synthesize complex contract data & enable service excellence:
Ensuring quality & accuracy delivery of instructions, by enabling business understanding and rigorous quality controls.
· Maintaining timeliness (SLA) of the deliverables and ensuring there is work & capacity planning that is optimized to maintain the same consistently.
· Devise process improvement tools and methodologies that will ensure flawless delivery exceeding customer expectations.
· Automate and standardize Operational processes
· Leverage best practices internally and bring outside-in perspective to deliver best of breed operations delivery.
· Communication with global business partners to understand changes in process and implementing process changes in-house
· Should be able to maintain a high level of accuracy, productivity standards and should have a high willingness to learn
· Should be able to manage complex disparate data sources
· Strong quality governance and details-oriented approach

· 7-8 years of relevant experience with Excellent Knowledge on GMS
· Strong verbal & written communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with cross functional teams

· Proven robust problem-solving skills
· Ability to build relationships, mobilize cross functional teams and leverage authority in a highly matrixed organization that has a presence across the globe
