Position Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and resourceful Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition (Corporate HR) to join our Human Resources team. This role is critical in attracting and hiring top talent to support our organization’s growth across key pharmaceutical functions The ideal candidate should be well-versed in full-cycle recruitment and have a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry talent landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process for mid-to-senior level roles — from job requisition to onboarding — across technical and non-technical domains.
  • Talent Sourcing Strategy: Design and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive and active candidates through portals, social media, internal databases, networking, and industry events.
  • Stakeholder Management: Partner with functional leaders and HR Business Partners to forecast talent needs and develop effective recruitment plans.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and engaging experience for all candidates through transparent communication and timely feedback.
  • Vendor Management: Liaise with recruitment agencies and third-party consultants, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and service-level agreements.
  • Employer Branding: Contribute to employer branding initiatives by promoting the company’s culture, values, and career growth opportunities.
  • Data-Driven Recruitment: Track recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, quality of hire, offer-to-join ratio) and present regular dashboards to leadership for continuous improvement.
  • Process Compliance: Ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory standards related to hiring and workforce planning.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate in Science, Pharmacy, or related discipline; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
  • 7–10 years of talent acquisition experience, with at least 3 years in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • Strong understanding of pharma-specific roles and industry hiring trends.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP (Success Factor) and recruitment platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, and others.
  • Familiarity with labor laws and statutory hiring compliance relevant to pharmaceutical operations
