Looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Lead – Onboarding & People experience to oversee and drive the end-to-end onboarding process. This role is responsible for ensuring timely and seamless completion of all pre-onboarding activities and managing a 2-day induction program for new joiners. The ideal candidate will lead a team and collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver an exceptional onboarding experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and ensure timely execution of all pre-onboarding activities for new hires.
- Plan and lead a structured 2-day induction program for new employees.
- Manage and mentor the onboarding team to meet defined SLAs and quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Talent Acquisition, IT, Admin, and Business HR to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Continuously identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices in onboarding.
- Track and report onboarding metrics and share insights with leadership for continuous enhancement.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements during the onboarding process.
