About the Role: The ideal candidate is a team player who will be responsible for working with company data in various business areas. Specific responsibilities include reporting metrics, analyzing methodologies, suggesting operational improvements, and building proposal evaluations in a cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and delivery of strategic projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines
  • Formulate growth strategies for Global Business, leveraging market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and gaps
  • Analyze business performance across lines of business, regions, and functions by tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), highlighting issues, and facilitating leadership discussions for corrective actions
  • Manage day-to-day business operations and program management activities, coordinating with stakeholders to gather data and ensure smooth execution of projects
  • Participate actively in leadership meetings, capturing action points and ensuring follow-up on key priorities
  • Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders effectively
  • Track and report data
  • Build cross-functional partnerships, internally and externally
  • Manage budgets
  • Maintain a competitive market knowledge

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Preferably from Business Schools
  • Fluency in the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Strong written, verbal, and collaboration skills

Required Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights
  • Proven experience in strategy formulation, competitor analysis, and business performance assessment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of business analysis methodologies and tools
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teams and stakeholders
