Responsibilities

  • Understanding of the key functions like Approvals/Regulations, Design & Development, Sales, CRM, Finance, Construction, legal, etc.
  • Responsible for quarterly/half yearly and annual business reviews of the portfolio businesses with the Promoter.
  • Help determine key performance indicators and update dashboards as needed.
  • Financial analysis and reviews of key initiatives and the value being created for the Company.
  • Assist the development of short/medium-and long-term business plans.
  • Facilitate the 5 year roadmap/strategic planning exercise with BU Heads.
  • Actively participate in annual strategic planning process and ensuring alignment with the CEO and leadership team.
  • Preparing & analyzing project/company cash flows, profitability analysis, presentation decks for Senior Management.
  • Assist in facilitating effective decision-making. Coordinate the execution of strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

Graduate / Post Graduate in Engineering/Business Administration

10+ Years of relevant work experience.

Problem-Solving And Crisis Management

  • Understanding of various stages and functions of real estate development and pre-empting the upcoming challenges

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders of the business.
  • Facilitate engagement between the Group leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Ensure effective communication and issue resolution with stakeholders.
  • Strong ability to understand varied aspects of businesses and work with cross functional teams

Knowledge Management

  • Stay updated on real estate sector developments and industry trends.
  • Adept in Financial Modelling – preparing business plans, cash flow models, profitability statement, etc.
  • Share knowledge and expertise with the teams.
