Responsibilities Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of railway projects in Raipur to ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction, to align project objectives and deliverables.
- Manage relationships with external partners, contractors, and government agencies to facilitate project approvals and regulatory compliance.
- Implement best practices in project management to optimize efficiency, quality, and safety standards.
- Provide strategic guidance and decision-making support to senior management on project-related matters.
- Oversee risk assessment and mitigation strategies to address potential project disruptions.
- Prepare regular progress reports, presentations, and updates for key stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental policies.
- Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and capabilities in railway project management.
Technical Skills
- Expertise in railway project planning, design, and implementation.
- In-depth knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Non-Negotiable Skills
- Proven experience in managing railway projects in the Power/Energy industry.
- Demonstrated leadership in overseeing large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Strong understanding of project management principles and practices
Qualifications
Education Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- Master’s degree in project management or relevant discipline (preferred).
Experience
- Over all 20-25 years of experience and Minimum of 10 years of experience in railway project management withi n the Power/Energy industry.
- Demonstrated track record of successfully overseeing large-scale railway projects from inception to completion.
- Proven experience in working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
