Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Lead the HR function for thermal projects, providing guidance and support to project teams
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and adherence to internal policies
- Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process for project-specific roles
- Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities
- Manage employee relations issues and conduct investigations as required
- Collaborate with project managers to address HR-related challenges and opportunities
- Drive performance management processes and facilitate goal-setting activities
- Conduct regular HR audits and recommend improvements to enhance HR effectiveness
- Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to ensure continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Master’s degree in HR management or related field is preferred
