Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality management strategies and processes to maintain compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Conduct regular quality audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure corrective actions are taken promptly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive quality initiatives and resolve quality-related issues in a timely manner.
- Manage the documentation and reporting of quality KPIs, performance metrics, and audit findings.
- Lead and mentor quality assurance teams to foster a culture of quality excellence and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies during quality inspections and assessments.
- Participate in risk assessment and root cause analysis activities to prevent quality incidents and non-conformities.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to enhance the organization’s quality management processes.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or relevant field. Master’s degree preferred.
