Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the ED in developing and executing strategic business plans.
  • Conduct research and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  • Coordinate and manage key teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Monitor progress of strategic initiatives and provide regular updates to the ED.
  • Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and proposals for the ED.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between the ED and various departments.
  • Lead special projects and initiatives as directed by the ED.
  • Oversee business management activities to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Implement strategic planning processes to drive organizational growth.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) from a reputed institute.

Years of Experience:

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in business management, strategic planning, or related fields.
  • Proven track record of successful strategic planning and execution in a leadership role.
