What are the Key Deliverables in this role? Financial Outcomes

  • Topline & Bottom Line Delivery : Joint ownership with sales teams on number delivery and with CFT (Finance, SCM) on bottom line delivery against tgt
  • PnL Ownership: Custodian of all spends (ATL & BTL)/ A&M budget phasing

Customer Service

  • Marketing Mix: Develop the complete marketing mix for the premium business portfolio– product, packaging, communication, media including digital and execution of all ATL (Digital only) & BTL inputs in partnership with Sales team and under guidance of senior brand team. Responsible for annual brand strategy, brand health, topline and margins.
  • Brand Investments: Develop and supervise detailed marketing plan & allocation of Budgets to meet business objectives
  • Agency Management: Manage outside agency resources including advertising and digital. Developing integrated communication strategy

Internal Processes

  • Market Research/Consumer Insight: Monitor, analyze and report facts and insights on customers, consumer needs and trends, in order to maximize opportunity through intelligent use of consumer insight and accurate market information for marketing activities
  • Collaboration with key functions: Premium Business Sales, Supply Chain, Procurement, Compliance, R&D & Quality
  • Data Analytics – Analyze the sales data (Primary/Secondary) to understand programs/ activations/ schemes and suggest improvements to the mix. Analyze the competitor movements and promotions according to the current trends to adapt brand plans

Innovation and Learning

  • Innovation/ New Product Development: Develop and implement long-term strategic plans on new product opportunities
  • Digital Marketing Design and develop new innovative digital programs across multiple platforms while making use of the disruptive technologies such as AI

What are the Critical success factors for the Role?

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration from reputed Institute
  • Minimum 1.5 years of relevant work experience in Sales/ Marketing
  • Min 1 Yr in Sales is mandatory
