Job Purpose:
To drive core HR processes in Performance Management and Talent Management, with a strategic focus on Succession Planning, capability development, and the institutionalization of the 70:20:10 learning framework. The role requires strong collaboration with business leaders to create a high-performance, future-ready workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Management & Succession Planning
- Design and implement a Talent Management framework including talent identification, segmentation, and development strategy for AISATS
- Build a strong succession pipeline by identifying critical roles and preparing future-ready talent.
- Facilitate career pathing and development through structured Individual Development Plans (IDPs).
- Promote internal talent mobility, role rotations, and exposure opportunities to aid professional growth.
- Drive adoption of the 70:20:10 learning model:
- 70% experiential learning via projects, new responsibilities, and job rotations
- 20% social learning through mentoring, coaching, and peer learning
- 10% formal learning via training programs, certifications, and e-learning platforms
2. Performance Management System (PMS) & Rewards
- Implement and manage a comprehensive Performance Management System aligned with business goals.
- Oversee timely completion of performance cycle activities including KRA setting, mid-year reviews, appraisals, and feedback.
- Ensure continuous performance dialogues and development plans for identified talent segments.
- Manage low performance through structured improvement plans and enable high performer retention.
- Ensure smooth functioning of the PMS module on HRMS, with accurate data flow and reporting.
- Support in executing the compensation strategy and driving external compensation benchmarking.
3. Strategic HR Projects & Policy Framework
- Contribute to strategic workforce planning and future skill readiness initiatives.
- Draft, review, and implement HR policies and process documents in line with evolving business needs.
- Conduct attrition and retention analysis and drive targeted interventions accordingly.
- Lead or support new HR initiatives, systems implementation, and change management projects.
- Partner with BU teams and influence stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of people initiatives.
