Key Responsibilities HR & General Administration:
- Handling recruitment along with joining, induction & documentation for both white collar and blue collar employees.
- Handling corporate insurance and other local group insurance policies like medi-claim, personal accident and WC policy.
- Sound understanding of vendor/contractor management, contract labour management
- Letter drafting, data & reporting, MIS as per requirement
- Strong understanding of time office management and time to time support to shift HR officers as required on day to day operations.
- Ensuring welfare facilities in plant. Experience in managing security, housekeeping, canteen, employee transport, OHC and other admin areas.
- Planning and execution of staff and workmen training & development.
- Understanding and execution of Performance Management System as per requirement.
- Understanding and experience in employee engagement, employee experience, building culture.
Qualification Required
- Post Graduate with Specialization in Human Resources Management
Experience And Skills Required
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience
- Prior working experience in manufacturing mandatory.
- Excellent in MS Excel & PowerPoint and experience in HR systems
- Must have good spoken and written communication skills (Hindi and English)
- Must be proactive, self-driven and energetic with good interpersonal skills.
- Must be a team player and active listener with learning attitude.
- Detail-oriented mind-set with the ability to maintain accurate and organized records.
