Purpose of the Role:

Banking Supervisor is a sub-team lead role to review and manage transactions of a particular geography /bank. Guiding a group of resources with specific focus on efficiency, accuracy & timeliness by following defined process is critical. Person also performs as an individual contributor for many tasks.

Key Responsibilities

1. Having good knowledge of global banking operations and bank reconciliation.
2. Reviewing work of team members and monitoring their performance
3. Defining the best ways of working and establishing robust processes.
4. Ensuring compliance to the SOP/ RACM and bringing improvements.
5. Handling of escalations and resolving operational issues.
6. Dealing with banks, consultants and team leads on routine matters.
7. People management and bringing in operational efficiency.
8. Driving automations, handling audits and preparation of MIS/BRS.

Inter-personal competencies

• Strong quantitative skills
• Ability to build/ maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Verbal & written communication and presentation skills
• Aptitude & passion for both strategy formulation and program execution
• Organized and methodical in approach
• Experience with developing and drafting process and system workflows.
• Proficiency with SAP, Microsoft Excel, Advance Formulas & Functions
