We’re looking for a super creative and social-obsessed person (that’s probably you!)
to handle our social media magic. Think everything from collabing with trending
influencers to being right there on set when we’re doing fun photoshoots and videos.
What you’ll actually be doing:
● Be our social media boss: Own all our channels like Instagram, X/Twitter,
Facebook, YouTube, and whatever cool new thing pops up.
● Make awesome content: You’ll be the brain behind our content calendar.
● Hang with cool people: Team up with big influencers and create some seriously innovative content together.
● Be a community hero: Drive initiatives to create higher engagement with our
social community.
● Lights, camera, action: You’ll be part of our photoshoots and video shoots,
helping to make sure we get the best for social media (big or small shoots,
you’ll be in the mix!).
● Keep it #Fresh: We’re all about experimenting with different content styles and
formats to see what gets people excited.
● See what’s working: We like to know what’s hitting the spot, so you’ll help us
track how our posts are doing.
● Team up with everyone: You’ll work with our marketing, product, and design
folks to share all the cool stuff happening in the company online.
● Become an EV expert (kinda): You’ll learn all about electric vehicles and why
Ather is so cool, so your content is always on point.
What you’ve got:
● 3-5 years of experience.
● You like taking bets and are okay with failing.
● You know your way around all the different social media platforms.
● You’ve got some experience in writing films, coming up with creative solutions and have worked with influencers before (please put examples of this in your portfolio/showreel).
● You’re comfortable with numbers, and are adept at reading, interpreting and
compiling monthly social performance reports.
● You’re a great talker and can connect with people online.
● You’re organized and can juggle a few things at once.
● You’re curious and want to learn new stuff
● Bonus points if: You’re a content creator yourself!
