Key Responsibilities:

  • Support IS&P Pillars: Collaborate across multiple pillars within IS&P to support day-to-day business needs. Actively engage in the design, implementation, and oversight of activities while ensuring you align with business objectives and compliant operations.
  • Sourcing & Procurement Skills Development: Grow and develop personal and team skills in multiple areas of IS&P with the opportunity to eventually specialize in specific sourcing categories or procurement capabilities. Key areas of skill development include:
  • IS&P function strategy and governance, global source-to-invoice processes, policy management, and communications.
  • Sourcing strategy, category management, business function partnering, supplier relationship and risk management, sourcing operations and contracting processes; and
  • Procurement operations and analytics, compliance management, reporting, and customer satisfaction
  • Team Management: Support junior resources throughout their career development journey to ensure they gain exposure and hands-on experience across various procurement disciplines (e.g., strategic sourcing, contract management, supplier relationship management, procurement analytics, etc.) while adhering to standard processes, methodologies, and tools
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with leaders within IS&P to understand their needs and support the development of tailored plans that deliver value across their individual needs and strategies. Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams
  • Continuous Improvement: Support continuous improvement efforts, evaluating sourcing processes, performance metrics, and benchmarks to optimize sourcing outcomes
  • Performance Excellence: Execute against performance targets for the Analyst Team and drive accountability against targets

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

  • Minimum 4-year degree
  • 3-4+ years of relevant experience in procurement / supply chain in a highly complex environment and Global landscape
  • 1-2+ years experience leading teams and managing multiple projects
