Head of Brand & Content Marketing

who can drive our organic and paid social growth to

a large following —and convert that attention into real, meaningful revenue. If you’re a social-savvy leader with a track record of creating must-watch content and leading top-performing teams, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do

Brand Leadership

Build and continuously evolve Aonic’s brand book, visual system, and voice and help make it a generational brand that reaches millions of household. Drive quarterly brand audits to ensure every channel and asset stays on-strategy and world-class. Own brand campaigns end-to-end—briefing, creative, channel mix, and post-mortems.

Design & Content Ecosystem

Oversee packaging, merchandise, retail POP, and digital asset design; maintain a streamlined approval workflow. Manage the entire content pipeline (organic, paid, UGC, influencer) for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, and emerging platforms.

Social & Community Growth

Architect a viral-first social strategy that drives massive reach and engagement. Lead a high-performing team of creators, editors, community managers, and analysts to execute, iterate, and win daily.

Creator, Influencer & UGC Activation

Source, negotiate, and scale partnerships with creators who amplify our mission. Convert standout organic content into paid advertising that converts.

Performance & Analytics

Set KPI targets, instrument dashboards, and translate insights into rapid creative iterations. Present clear revenue impact to exec leadership.

Cross-Functional Leadership

Partner with Growth, Product, Ops, and Customer Experience to ensure brand consistency and a frictionless consumer journey. Champion “brand-first, social-native” thinking company-wide.

Your Impact

By blending organic storytelling with paid distribution, you will maximize our impact across platforms—driving brand awareness, engagement, and revenue.

What You Bring

10+ years leading brand, content, or social at high-growth CPG, DTC, or wellness brands—at least 3 years managing creative teams. Proven track record building viral social presences and translating them into revenue. Portfolio of brand books, packaging systems, and 360° campaigns you’ve owned. Fluency in social & content marketing trends, influencer marketing, and data-driven optimization. Comfort blending hands-on creativity with executive-level strategy and cross-functional influence. Passion for health, wellness, and culture; endless curiosity and bias for action.

Competitive Cash & Equity Compensation

Compelling cash combination to reward the hard work you put into Aonic, complemented by an attractive stock option plan so that you can benefit from Aonic’s success. Cash compensation for this role is $160-220k.
