Job Responsibilities
Material receipt & GRN preparation in S4 Hana
Ensure 5S & IMS implantation and present store function during audit.
To circulate the inventory consumption reports
Periodic reporting of Inventory (Non-moving, slow moving and dead stock
Monthly physical verification of Inventory (ABC analysis) – as per SOP.
To issue Material against issue slip & punch the same in SAP
Monthly Physical verification of Critical items
Manpower management, Arrangement for proper, easy & safe loading & unloading of
material
To maintain proper arrangement of stock (inventory) with Bin Card System
To control Inventory & maintain stock of Consumable items.
Obtain the approval from seniors for procurement of spares/ consumables (as per
SOP)
Coordinate with operation, quality, HR, Engineering and EHS for setting ROL and item
master update.
To maintain proper arrangement of stock (inventory) with Bin Card System
To follow up with vendor to get the Material on timely manner.
Daily Physical verification of Critical items
To control Inventory & maintain stock of Consumable items.
Coordinate with global and local supplier and expedite material procurement and
ensure correct documentation.
Checking bills with PO and send them to accounts for further processing.
Proper binning / tagging of inventory items
Education Qualification : MBA/ B.com / M.com / Graduation required.
Professional Qualification : Manufacturing industry required.
Experience (in years) : 3 to 6 Years.
