Industry Experience – Oil & Gas (Upstream & Midstream including refinery), Gas Processing, Hydrogen generation unit, Ammonia, Gas Liquefaction, Cryogenic Process Dehydration.
Software knowledge – Aspen HYSYS and HTRI/ASPEN EDR is preferred.
Review Process engineering for concept, feasibility, FEED, detailed engineering studies for timely delivery of project deliverables.
Knowledge of criteria, standards and methodologies related to Process design and equipment sizing including material selection
Reviewing P&IDs, PFDs, heat and mass balances, instruments and equipment datasheets, utilities and chemical summary.
Lead a team of process engineers execute proposal engineering, FEED, detailed engineering.
Basic knowledge of piping, electrical, mechanical, machinery, instrumentation engineering disciplines along with design criteria for various equipment, piping and other items.
Knowledge of engineering process workflow and activity sequence, with understanding of the interfaces with other disciplines.
Experienced in the participation of HAZOP, HAZID, SIL rating and other studies.
Capability to perform and coordinate project engineering documents production activities and to check and review design documents, prepared either internally or by vendors.
Capability to analyze dedicated project requirements in terms of international codes & standards, local standards and codes and identify proper implementation actions.
