Manage HR functions for MAHSR EW-1 Project from TFL office, ensuring compliance with Company HR Policies and procedures and foster a productive, and inclusive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition: Coordinate with HQ TA Team for hiring, and onboarding processes for site staff. Manage site specific hiring through Third party rolls.
- Employee Relations: Handle employee grievances, conflicts, and performance issues in consultation with SBG HR Head.
- Employee Engagement: Drive the employee engagement activities for site staff periodically as per the Calendar.
- Training and Development: Organize site-specific training programs, including compliance, skills development, safety & wellness etc.
- Employee Communications: Facilitate open communication among site staff, Management, and HR.
- MIS & Reporting: Maintain HR records and provide site HR metrics and reports.
