We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented IT Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. You will play a key role in sourcing, screening, and hiring top technical talent to meet our business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Understanding the role in detail and create a strategy to build a healthy pipeline for the role.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements.
- Identifying which mediums/methods/sources/channels would work best for the roles you are working for and not limited to the traditional job portals.
- Conduct initial screening and evaluate candidate suitability.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with stakeholders.
- Negotiate offers and manage candidate expectations throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain and update the recruitment database and reports.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience at every stage.
