About The Role

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our team remotely. In this role, you will create visually compelling and brand-aligned designs across platforms including direct marketing, wholesale, and retail. Your expertise in visual storytelling will help engage audiences, enhance brand recognition, and support the overall success of the brand.

Responsibilities

  • Design evergreen and launch-specific brand touchpoints such as emails, digital paid ads, print collateral, organic social media content, packaging, and more
  • Focus on executing a steady stream of brand and remixed influencer content, particularly for organic social media and paid digital advertising
  • Maintain consistency and alignment of assets with brand and creative concepts across all channels
  • Collaborate with peers and freelancers to clarify goals, ensure deliverables are on-brand, on-brief, and delivered on schedule
  • Participate in creative concepting and sourcing references for projects
  • Manage multiple timelines and tasks efficiently
  • Communicate timelines, specifications, and resource needs to ensure timely delivery of assets
  • Balance independent work with collaboration across cross-functional teams
  • Edit photos and videos for use across all marketing channels
  • Give and receive creative feedback constructively

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or related Graphic Arts degree
  • 1-4 years of experience in a direct-to-consumer ecommerce brand or agency setting
  • Relevant portfolio demonstrating success in a competitive retail market
  • Basic understanding of responsive, UX/UI design principles
  • Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly creative with a keen eye for detail
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Motion graphics experience is a plus but not required
  • Illustration skills are a plus but not required
  • Ability to analyze and report on work effectiveness to meet marketing goals

Additional Information

  • Equipment used includes computer, printer, telephone, photocopier, and scanner
  • Software knowledge: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, WordPress
  • Physical and mental demands typical for an office environment
  • Some travel may be required

Salary

$65,000 to $77,000 annually, based on experience
